Tennessee HJR 108: State Sovereignty Resolution HJR 108 has moved through the Calendar and Rules Committee and will be on the House Floor this Thursday.

The House passed SJR127, on its final of three readings. The resolution would amend the state constitution to read that nothing secures or protects the right to abortion or requires the funding of an abortion in Tennessee. Abortion would remain legal under federal court rulings.
